Chinese New Year Eve
Written by Jerry Wu
Saturday, 17 February 2007

The lunar calendar of Chinese new year eve starts by today. The passing Dog year has witnessed lots of incidents and accidences intentionally or not.  Anyway, it is time to talk about Pig, a really lovely animal reckoned by most of Chinese people.

Wishes are getting along with the words from friends and relatives. The whole society will be indulged in the very happiness. The festival programme from CCTV is still an appealing point for the audiences, especially for the oversea Chinese.

The two most popular greetings during the Chiense New Year celebration season are (in Mandarin): “Gong Xi Fa Cai”, and “Xin Nian Kuai Le”. These roughly mean “Congratulations and be prosperous (financially)”, and “Happy New Year”.

May peace and love fill your hearts, contentments fill your world, and joy fill your days! Hope you all well with wonderful life in the upcoming new world!

With best wishes!

Dumpling is ready for enjoy
written by Xiaofeng Wu, February 17, 2007
As the friend told me to stick on the dumplings (Jiaozi in Chinese), it is the moment when enjoying the certain food that reminds us the new year eve is too stunning to forget. For the best wishes, the Gold PIG year approaches us in second.
