The selection of the PC components to make up the decent one is of interests as it would be definitely cheap than the one with brands. While among all the variety of component brands, types and models, whatever is suitable for the personal requirements? This is always the first questions we are tending to answer of priority.

I have had a quick review of the components which you have chosen. It appears to me that your computer is gonna to be a really decent one in the future. According to this general concept, I would like to suggest you go Intel motherboard of course as it is obvious this one will have no problem with the Intel CPU without any compatibility issues. As you have realised, the Asrock one is with VIA chipset on board, while this might be not that ideal for supporting the one of the best Intel CPU which you are gonna to purchase.
You know, the most important part of the PC is motherboard, which will not be replaced or upgraded that often. Therefore, based on the components you have chosen, I prefer the better one. I believe the Intel one is of course better than the one I havn't heard of.
What I didn't understand is the similar intel motherboard which can be checked
this one is already suitable for your Core 2 Duo processor.
Generally, people won't upgrade CPU, Motherboard in their existing system. So, if you have correct configuration of them, the others are easy to manage.

Gigabit LAN 5.1 Audio micro ATX is suitable for your need, while it has
build-in graphic card controller, which is redundant though you can still
use your own graphic card.
2. Asrock is the cheapest and provide the basic graphic card slot support.
While, I am still doubt about the performance based on your selection of
other components. Also, the VIA chipset is another point which is not ideal
for fully enhance your PC's performance.
If you felt it is of consideration, would you please have a look at ASUS
with Intel chipset. this is another decent brand of motherboard. If
possible, I can have a review with you sometime to make sure what you really
need and what we can do to maximize your budget.
